Lead with Love

The word LOVE hardly comes to mind when we think about Leadership and developing our professional skills. In this program, we want to encourage Leaders to find their love in leading, the people they lead, the cause that they work on and, not to forget, themselves.

Who is this for?

1

You are a Leader (to be)

It doesn't matter whether you are already leading a team of people or just planning to do so in the future. You are on a mission and you want to have an impact that goes beyond you as an individual.

You understand that managing yourself is key to managing others, and you want to be more than a Manager - you want to be a Leader.

2

You want to feel at peace

While you have a lot of ideas and good intentions, the reality is that you are constantly running behind and feel like maybe if the day had 48 hours you could do it all.

You want to feel present, ok with where you are right now and happy with what you have done in a day, and excited rather than stressed about where you are going.

3

You want to communicate well

You find it hard to be critical and tell others what you really feel and think because you want people to like you. Rather than setting clear boundaries, you end up working more than you should.

You want to find out how to give feedback in an effective way, so that you can see results while making others feel empowered and autonomous.

Where is the Love...?

In today's world, much of what happens in companies, let alone Politics, is missing a lot of love. Leaders feel it, the people who are led feel it - we can all feel it. At The Life that We Deserve, we believe that change starts with us. And unless we can learn to love ourselves, it will be impossible for us to transmit that love to the things we do and the people we are taking care of.

In Lead with Love, we discover how to reconnect to joy and pleasure when it comes to work and Leadership so that we can lead with passion and results. So that we can take breaks and rest because we know that we deserve to take care of ourselves. So that we can communicate with kindness and respect. So that we can foster communication, understanding and collaboration.

Here's what we will focus on
