A Transformational Journey

Do you sometimes fee like your life is a constant either-or?

That you can either spend time with your loved ones or be successful in your job?

That you can either do something meaningful or earn a lot of money?

That you can either move forward in life or have time to rest and play?

Do you feel that no matter how hard you try and how fast you run, there is always something that is falling short? Do you feel that while you are constantly achieving things, you are still not happy? And that something is missing?

​

A healthy and fulfilled life lives of balance. It comes when we are clear on our priorities. On our values. Our purpose. It comes when we take responsibility for how we spend our time and with whom. It comes when we have a clear plan where we are going and why.

​

These three months will enable you to reset your compass, get clear on what you want and how you are going to get there to live a life that is no longer either or, but that encompasses everything that is important to you. That makes you feel truly happy with where you are now and where you are going. Where you have meaningful interactions and nourishing relationships, professional and personal growth as well as strong financial, physical and mental health.

We look at your life as a whole. The way you connect to yourself and others, the way you set goals and pursue them, the way you play out your unique strengths and shine at what you do to create a meaningful impact for yourself and others.

Month 1

Starting Point

Self-Discovery, Values, Introspection

Worthiness. What do I believe about my self

Commitment to ourselves

Taking care of ourselves

Understanding all parts within ourselves

Which are the parts we don't love?

Where am I currently in my life? How do the areas relate?

What changes do I want to make?

Session 1: Introduction, Accountability Partners, Setting the tone.

                  + Wheel of Life / House. Introduction into balance. Where are our blind spots? What are                      the neglected parts?

Session 2: Beliefs about ourselves. Commitments to ourselves. Redefinition of Worthiness.

                  + Identifying different parts within us. Different voices. Accepting all of them. (!)
