Hi, I am Stella 👋🏽
I started my business two years ago, in August 2023.
I signed my first high-ticket client (2500€) in September 2023 with less than 200 followers on Instagram (this is where she followed me).
I have clients who have been with me this entire time - when people find me, they usually stay with me.
In October 2023, I hosted my first free workshop: Build Authentic Confidence, and in January 2024 the next one Own your Time. People who joined these workshops are still my clients today. And my work is still very much based on these two themes.
While building my Coaching business, I have always worked as a lecturer at ESADE Business School, where I teach courses on Leadership, teamwork, as well as creating an impact through business. I believe that my purpose can come out in different ways, activities and income streams.
In July 2024 I had my first paid Photography client and in August 2025, I sold my first painting. My clients are multi-passionate people who love to be creative, explore different interests, travel and move around, and above all: create an impact.

"Until today I couldn't understand the concept of coaching, not only because it's a very broad definition and susceptible to various interpretations, but also because it's a word whose translation isn't literal in my native language.
With this short text I want not only to give you my vision of what the coaching session was like for me, but also to explain what it's like to have a coaching session with Stella.
The best example I can think of to convey what I felt during the session is:
Imagine you've just moved into a new house. This house is full of boxes and crates scattered around; in the middle of the living room, on the kitchen worktops, somewhere in the middle of the bathroom and the two bedrooms that complete this house. You're excited because you see a promising future in those walls and in that environment that is yours alone. What's the problem, you ask?
We want to reach the state of organization, decoration, cleanliness and calm in which we feel good and crave more than anything. We want it all at the same time, in the snap of a finger.
I've come back to reality and I'm sitting in the corner of the living room surrounded by my boxes of belongings and memories. In reality I don't have a sofa to sit on because my furniture lorry has been lost in the meantime, something I can't predict or control, but which affects me and leaves me immobile in this corner of the room where I can imagine the paintings hanging next to the long mirror that will be right at the entrance to the house.
This is me, overwhelmed by my baggage from the past (Little Boxes), immobile in my present because I can't cope with the irregularity of the future (Lorry).
Stella was the friend who entered my disorganized little house after knocking on the door. She helped me divide my tasks into stages and made me realize what I had to do to get to my dream house, step by step, starting with the kitchen and ending with my two bedrooms. Stella was that friend who took me out of my corner of the room and told me, ‘Don't worry about the lorry, it will arrive. Focus on what you have now, because the reality is that if you don't organize the house, you won't be able to receive the furniture that will be in it’.
Thank you, Stella, because I'm going to get the house the way I want it, but one room at a time, prioritizing what's most essential, not forgetting that the painting I want to hang in my living room is also important, it's just not the priority."

You really put me in touch with my essence, and you stimulated me to always start from there. Because that's when it's truly authentic: when it's about me, my journey/struggle and my message. You definitely wanted to really understand me (and stimulated me to get the same understanding about myself).

The approach of "WHY" :). Also, your approach of sensing what I truly needed: safety. Once I felt that, 'all of a sudden' I was ready. Never pushing yet challenging me. With this short text I want not only to give you my vision of what the coaching session was like for me, but also to explain what it's like to have a coaching session with Stella.
The best example I can think of to convey what I felt during the session is:
Imagine you've just moved into a new house. This house is full of boxes and crates scattered around; in the middle of the living room, on the kitchen worktops, somewhere in the middle of the bathroom and the two bedrooms that complete this house. You're excited because you see a promising future in those walls and in that environment that is yours alone. What's the problem, you ask?
We want to reach the state of organization, decoration, cleanliness and calm in which we feel good and crave more than anything. We want it all at the same time, in the snap of a finger.
I've come back to reality and I'm sitting in the corner of the living room surrounded by my boxes of belongings and memories. In reality I don't have a sofa to sit on because my furniture lorry has been lost in the meantime, something I can't predict or control, but which affects me and leaves me immobile in this corner of the room where I can imagine the paintings hanging next to the long mirror that will be right at the entrance to the house.
This is me, overwhelmed by my baggage from the past (Little Boxes), immobile in my present because I can't cope with the irregularity of the future (Lorry).
Stella was the friend who entered my disorganized little house after knocking on the door. She helped me divide my tasks into stages and made me realize what I had to do to get to my dream house, step by step, starting with the kitchen and ending with my two bedrooms. Stella was that friend who took me out of my corner of the room and told me, ‘Don't worry about the lorry, it will arrive. Focus on what you have now, because the reality is that if you don't organize the house, you won't be able to receive the furniture that will be in it’.
Thank you, Stella, because I'm going to get the house the way I want it, but one room at a time, prioritizing what's most essential, not forgetting that the painting I want to hang in my living room is also important, it's just not the priority."

"Until today I couldn't understand the concept of coaching, not only because it's a very broad definition and susceptible to various interpretations, but also because it's a word whose translation isn't literal in my native language.
With this short text I want not only to give you my vision of what the coaching session was like for me, but also to explain what it's like to have a coaching session with Stella.
