Individual Coaching is tailored to your unique situation, needs and goals.
It can address whatever is currently holding you back from living the life you want.

We look at your life as a whole to understand who you are as a person, how you show up and what you want to overcome. We identify doubts and limiting beliefs and set a clear roadmap for you to take action and move forward towards the version of yourself that you want to be.

Our life is not made up of separate parts. They all blend together and how we feel each day is a result of all of them. That's why my Coaching combines personal topics with career progression, starting your own business or leading a team. How we show up in one area is how we show up in all.
Worthiness
Our feeling of worthiness plays out in all areas of our lives. What do we believe we are worthy of in terms of how people treat us, what opportunities come our way or how much we get paid?

Why do we do things? Do we feel that we need to prove our worthiness to others through status and appearances? Or do we feel that we are inherently worthy? Do we feel that we are worthy of rest?

Many times, it's not a lack of skills that holds us back from living up to our full potential - it is self-doubt and
self-sabotage. We criticise and censor ourselves before giving others the chance to, we put up with things that don't serve us because we are scared that we cannot do better, and we are afraid to try something new out of fear of failure or not feeling good enough.

I offer 3 and 6 months packages to work together on a 1-1 basis in which I will challenge, encourage and support you to gain clarity, overcome blocks and reach your goals.

3 months
We identify what is holding you back and focus on shifting limiting beliefs so that you can tap into your potential and move forward as the person you are truly meant to be.

Bi-weekly calls of 1.5 hours (6 sessions)

Actions & support between sessions

I offer a follow-up call 6 months after our last session together to check in on your progress as well as ask any questions and make readjustments if needed.

6 months
Over half a year, we will look at multiple areas of your life and the relations between them. This high level support will enable you to dive deep into who you are, where you are currently at and what is the best version of yourself and your life that you want to reach.
This package includes:

Bi-weekly calls of 1.5 hours (12 sessions)

As an individual client, you will have access to all additional resources that I create over the course of our work together such as workbooks or mini-courses. I also offer a check-in call to follow up on your progress within 6 to 12 months after our collaboration has ended.​
