Hi, I am Stella 👋🏽
I went all in on my business in August 2023 with a clear intention: to build something meaningful, in my own way. Just one month later, I signed my first high-ticket client with less than 200 Instagram followers. I didn't even have a clear offer back then - but she became my client because she knew that I could help her.
In October 2023, I hosted my first free workshop, Build Authentic Confidence, followed by Own Your Time in January 2024. Many of the people who joined those early workshops are still my clients today, because once people find me, they usually stay with me - and those two themes continue to be the foundation of my work.
At the same time, I’ve been teaching at ESADE Business School, where I lecture on leadership, teamwork, and creating impact through business. For me, purpose has never been about choosing one lane - it’s about allowing it to flow through different projects, passions, and income streams. That’s why I have also built income streams through photography (with my first paid client in July 2024) and painting (selling my first piece in August 2025). Creativity and expression have always been part of my path, and my clients often share that same multi-passionate spirit.
In July 2024, I co-founded the Pathseekers Community because I deeply believe in the power of connection and finding your own path together. Some of my clients have even found their clients through this community, which is one of the most rewarding things to witness.
And that’s why I created Serve, Sell, Surrender: to bring all of this together. A space where strategy meets authenticity, where selling feels natural, and where you can grow a business that truly reflects who you are.

Create value for your clients every day - I don't care if it's through your content, a nice thing you do for someone on the street or a cool thing that's part of your paid offers. You are here to serve and to create a difference. Your best clients don't buy from you because you convinced them, but because they already experienced value. Your job is to serve them, and to create more opportunities for them to see and feel how you can help them - not just hear you talk about it.
Sell
We are here to hold you accountable, because Sales is a muscle you need to train. Start showing up authentically every day and give your audience an opportunity to buy from you and pay you. Learn to move when you don't feel quite ready yet, start promoting things before they are ready, build momentum and include your clients in the process. Show up raw, show up messy, show up as your true self. Make Sales a habit. Have fun with it and move from excitement, rather than pressure.

Surrender
The best things come when we least expect them. Sales don't happen when you hold on tighter, but when you release expectations. Let your clients make their own decisions and trust that you are always safe and supported, no matter what. Learn to move without seeing results first, learn to lean into uncertainty and expect the best instead of constantly preparing for the worst. Allow magic and allow things to get really, really good - because you deserve it.
You don't need to know exactly how it will all work out - just know that it will.

"Until today I couldn't understand the concept of coaching, not only because it's a very broad definition and susceptible to various interpretations, but also because it's a word whose translation isn't literal in my native language.
With this short text I want not only to give you my vision of what the coaching session was like for me, but also to explain what it's like to have a coaching session with Stella.
The best example I can think of to convey what I felt during the session is:
Imagine you've just moved into a new house. This house is full of boxes and crates scattered around; in the middle of the living room, on the kitchen worktops, somewhere in the middle of the bathroom and the two bedrooms that complete this house. You're excited because you see a promising future in those walls and in that environment that is yours alone. What's the problem, you ask?
We want to reach the state of organization, decoration, cleanliness and calm in which we feel good and crave more than anything. We want it all at the same time, in the snap of a finger.
I've come back to reality and I'm sitting in the corner of the living room surrounded by my boxes of belongings and memories. In reality I don't have a sofa to sit on because my furniture lorry has been lost in the meantime, something I can't predict or control, but which affects me and leaves me immobile in this corner of the room where I can imagine the paintings hanging next to the long mirror that will be right at the entrance to the house.
This is me, overwhelmed by my baggage from the past (Little Boxes), immobile in my present because I can't cope with the irregularity of the future (Lorry).
Stella was the friend who entered my disorganized little house after knocking on the door. She helped me divide my tasks into stages and made me realize what I had to do to get to my dream house, step by step, starting with the kitchen and ending with my two bedrooms. Stella was that friend who took me out of my corner of the room and told me, ‘Don't worry about the lorry, it will arrive. Focus on what you have now, because the reality is that if you don't organize the house, you won't be able to receive the furniture that will be in it’.
Thank you, Stella, because I'm going to get the house the way I want it, but one room at a time, prioritizing what's most essential, not forgetting that the painting I want to hang in my living room is also important, it's just not the priority."

You really put me in touch with my essence, and you stimulated me to always start from there. Because that's when it's truly authentic: when it's about me, my journey/struggle and my message. You're very good at asking questions like "WHY?" :) to get to a deeper level, to better understand (limiting) beliefs and patterns. You definitely wanted to really understand me (and stimulated me to get the same understanding about myself).

The approach of "WHY" :). Also, your approach of sensing what I truly needed: safety. Once I felt that, 'all of a sudden' I was ready. Never pushing yet challenging me.
